Beef mince sauce | Serves two-three (~700gr)
Well...this is not a dish on its own, but a key ingredient of what we as kids had in bucketloads at home: Makaronia me Kima a.k.a the Greek-style Bolognese!
This is the minced beef mix we use in our Mousaka and Pastitsio, and is simply delicious!
Depth of flavour and aromas, make this a great sauce to just reheat and top your pasta, rice or even your vegetables with. Heck you can also use in your pie making too.
