How is Pantry different to your normal delivery?
Great question! Our hot food delivery is only available within a five mile radius of our restaurant in East London. For all other deliveries we use Hungry Donkey's Pantry, which covers the entire nation.
How does my food order arrive?
When you place your order, we prepare your dishes fresh, blast chill them, and then pack them in a sealed container, in order to maintain maximum freshness. We label them clearly, full with reheating instructions and a detailed ingredients list.
We then pack it in an insulated box with ice packs so that it maintains a very low temperature until it reaches you, no more than 24hours from dispatch.
That way you truly are receiving fresh home-cooked Greek food ready to be enjoyed at home and at the comfort of your home wherever you are.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes we do! We are delivering across England, Wales & Scotland (excl. Highlands) twice a week!

When do you deliver exactly?
We offer two weekly deliveries on Wednesday and Friday, with a delivery window of 12pm-6pm.
What are the cut-off points for ordering?
The cut-offs are Monday 3pm for Wednesday's delivery, and 3pm Wednesday for Friday's delivery!
I live close by, can I pick it up instead?
Of course! At check-out choose Local Pickup instead of Delivery, and let us know when you are coming to collect. We will have your order ready for you.
I have changed my mind, and want to cancel my order. What do I do?
Email us at email@example.com, before the order cut-off points, and we will process it for you. We cannot process refunds past those cut-offs unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of the goods
Do you offer timed delivery slots?
Unfortunately we don't at the current moment
What if I am not at home to accept delivery?
Due to the sensitive nature of our fresh food, we use chilled courier delivery and also package your order with ice packs. As such our courier instructions are to leave your delivery with a neighbour. We advise you to collect your order as soon as possible and refrigerate immediately if your order contains temperature sensitive products.
We will not accept any responsibility for the resulting temperature of your fresh food order in the event you are not able to collect your order in person.
How do you get everything delivered?
The freshness and quality of our products is very important things to us. We have partnered with professional delivery couriers, that guarantee that your order will reach at the specified delivery date. Do put everything that needs chilling straight to your fridge on receipt!

My order arrived damaged - What can I do?
In the unlikely event that your order comes damaged, we kindly ask you to send us an email to email@example.com with good quality photos of the damage and the address label on the box, so we can process the claim for you.
