A beautiful beef stew that has a long history in Greek cuisine (we are talking at least seven centuries long).
Free-range beef, slow-cooked in a rich tomato sauce, baby onions, cinnamon, cloves, all-spice and that magic sidekick that makes everything taste better, the bayleaf!
Try it at home with pasta (our #2 Melissa pasta is a great choice), roast potatoes, or even just on its own with crumbled feta cheese.
