Kid Goat Soutzoukakia | Serves two (~700gr )
Soutzoukakia is a recipe with a lot of history. Travelling to Greece from Asia Minor it brought with it all the lovely spices and aromas of the East.
We love kid goat for its taste, but also higher nutritional value versus lamb. We think it works really great with our Soutzoukakia recipe. We mix kid goat mince with garlic, onion, parsley, cinnamon, allspice, cumin and slow-cook it in a rich tomato sauce, bringing a phenomenal sense of nostalgia and comfort.
Serve with rice, roast potatoes, or just enjoy them on their own with some crumbled Feta cheese!
